武汉市居民选择医疗机构的影响因素分析

摘要
目的:调查武汉市居民选择医疗机构的主要影响因素。方法:以武汉市7个中心城区350户家庭为研究对象,以一级医疗机构为参照,对医疗机构选择做多元Logistic回归分析;以年龄、交通方式等为分析变量做多重对应分析。结果:948名调查对象中,372人患各类慢性疾病,就诊650人次;儿童和健康状况差的老龄家庭成员选择三级医疗机构的概率高于其他家庭成员,患重大疾病和专科性强的疾病者选择三级医疗机构的概率大;患常见疾病的低学历中老年人多选择离家近的一级医疗机构。结论:疾病严重程度、就医便利性、年龄、健康状况是影响武汉市居民选择医疗机构的重要因素;经济因素对不同人群就医选择有差异。
Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of the selection of medical institutions of urban residents in Wuhan. Methods: 350 families were selected randomly in 7 towns in Wuhan City. Multiple correspondence and Logistic regression analysis were applied to study the influence factors of medical behaviors. Results: Among 948 interviewees, 372 people suffered from different chronic diseases, and the person times for outpatient and hospitalization was 650 in total. In the model summary of multiple correspondence analysis, the Cronbach's Alpha of two dimensions were 0.70 and 0.65 respectively, and the variance percentage was 39.81% and 36.33% respectively. Who would select the tertiary medical institutions with the most probability are children and aged members in bad healthy condition. While middle aged and aged people suffered with common diseases were apt to the primary medical institutions. Conclusion: Disease severity, convenience for hospital visiting, age and health condition are the key influencing factors of medical behaviors. The influence of economic factors on the choice of medical treatment of different groups is different.
