乳腺良性病变患者日间手术管理模式构建

摘要
目的构建乳腺良性病变患者的日间手术管理模式,为日间手术的健康发展提供理论依据。方法采用文献回顾与专家咨询法,构建基于某三级甲等医院乳腺外科病房分散式的乳腺良性病变患者的日间手术管理模式。结果成功构建以某三级甲等医院乳腺外科病房的乳腺良性病变患者的日间手术管理模式,该模式包括管理介入、质量控制及结果输出3个部分,并依次演进。此外,还创建了基于其HIS的乳腺良性病变患者日间手术的专用病案管理与操作界面,其操作界面运行良好。结论在我国现有三级甲等医院环境下可有效建立乳腺外科病房的乳腺良性病变患者的日间手术管理模式。其HIS中乳腺良性病变患者日间手术的专用病案管理与操作界面可方便其病案管理的实施,减轻了医护人员的工作量,提高了患者病案管理效率。
Objective To construct a day surgery management mode for the patients with breast benign lesions,so as to provide reference basis for promoting the healthy development of day surgery. Methods Literature review and expert consultation were used to establish a decentralized management mode of day surgery for patients with benign breast diseases based on the practical situation of breast surgery ward of a tertiary hospital. Results The management mode of day surgery for patients with benign breast diseases in the breast surgery ward of a tertiary hospital was successfully constructed,which included management intervention,quality control and results output,and they evolved in turn. In addition,a special case management and operation interface of day surgery for patients with benign breast lesions based on the Hospital Information System(HIS) was also created,and the operation interface performed well. Conclusion The management mode of day surgery for the patients with breast benign disease in the breast surgery ward can be established effectively under the current environment of tertiary hospitals in China. The special case management and operation interface of day surgery in HIS for patients with benign breast lesions can facilitate the implementation of the case management,alleviate the workload of medical staff and improve the efficiency of the patient record management.
