阿奇霉素联合脂溶性维生素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的:对阿奇霉素联合脂溶性维生素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果予以观察。方法:将178例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患者随机均分为对照组和观察组,前者单独使用阿奇霉素予以治疗,后者于前述基础上联合使用脂溶性维生素予以治疗,并对各组的治疗效果予以比较分析。结果:相较于对照组,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著更高,且退热时间、咳嗽消失时间和住院时间均显著更短;同时,不良反应发生率显著更低(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合脂溶性维生素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎,可有效缩短退热时间和咳嗽消失时间,减少住院时间,同时降低不良反应发生率,临床效果显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with fat-soluble vitamins in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods: A total of 178 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The former was treated with azithromycin alone. The latter was treated with fat-soluble vitamins on the basis of the above, and the treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of clinical treatment was significantly higher in the observation group; The ntipyretic time, cough disappearance time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group; At the same time, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin combined with fat-soluble vitamins in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can effectively shorten the time of fever and cough disappearance, reduce the length of hospital stay, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with significant clinical effect.
