通络穴位按摩治疗血脉瘀阻型糖尿病足的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨基于脉络学说的通络穴位按摩治疗血脉瘀阻型糖尿病足的疗效。方法将60例血脉瘀阻型糖尿病足患者采用随机数字表法分为两组各30例。均给予2型糖尿病常规治疗与护理,在此基础上治疗组给予通络穴位按摩。对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、创面愈合情况、踝肱比(ABI)。结果治疗组总有效率为90%,显著优于对照组的68.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合率93.33%,优于对照组72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组ABI比对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于脉络学说的通络穴位按摩治疗血脉瘀阻型糖尿病足,可有效改善临床症状,改善局部供血,促进创面愈合,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tongluo acupoint massage based on the theory of collaterals in the treatment of diabetic venous stasis.Methods Sixty patients with hemorrhagic pedicure and diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given conventional treatment and nursing of type 2 diabetes. On this basis, the control group performed routine acupoint massage on the patients, and the treatment group gave Tongluo acupoint massage.The clinical treatment effect, wound healing and sputum ratio(ABI) of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, which was significantly better than that of the control group(68.96%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, which was better than that of the control group(72.41%). The difference was statistically significant. Significance(P<0.05);ABI in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongluo acupoint massage based on choroidal theory can effectively improve clinical symptoms, improve local blood supply, promote wound healing and improve patients' quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.
