摘要

本设计采用一级处理+调节+气浮+水解酸化+接触氧化+沉淀作为洗瓶污水处理的主体工艺,处理后的排放水可达到《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》(DB 21/1627-2008)相关规定,出水一部分作为清洗用再生水回用至生产线,节约了水资源,减少了环境污染。
        In this design, the main process of bottle washing wastewater treatment is primary treatment + regulation + air floatation + hydrolytic acidification + contact oxidation + precipitation. The treated discharge water can meet the relevant provisions of the Liaoning Provincial Comprehensive sewage discharge Standard(DB 21/1627-2008). Part of the effluent is reused to the production line as reclaimed water for cleaning, which saves water resources and reduces environmental pollution.
