摘要
在电力电子应用场合,为了校核中频变压器绕组损耗设计值,需要进行绕组交流电阻的精确提取。目前通常用阻抗分析仪、LCR参数测试仪等设备测量变压器短路阻抗以得到绕组交流电阻,但是仅能得到一次、二次绕组总的等效交流电阻,无法将一次、二次绕组的交流电阻分离。该文主要研究能够实现一次、二次绕组交流电阻分离的测量方法。首先建立变压器互感耦合模型,进行辅助绕组测量方法的误差分析,研究各绕组之间的耦合关系对阻抗测量结果的影响;进而提出对称耦合辅助绕组测量方法,展2kW中频变压器样机在负载工况下的交流电阻在线测量实验,通过理论分析、有限元仿真及短路试验结果验证所提测量方法的准确性。
        The measurement of winding AC resistance is important for the copper loss evaluation of medium-frequency transformer(MFT) in the power electronic system.The common method is short-circuit test using impedance analyzer or LCR meter,which can only obtain the total AC resistance of primary and secondary winding.The measurement method to separate the AC resistance of the two winding is presented in this paper.An impedance coupling analytical model of MFT with auxiliary winding is developed,and the effect of coupling coefficient of primary winding between auxiliary winding and secondary winding on measurement results of AC resistance is analyzed.Finally,an online symmetrical coupling auxiliary winding measurement method is developed based on foregoing analytically determined information to significantly increase measurement accuracy.The developed method is applied in a 2kW MFT,where the accuracy of online measured results is validated by Dowell model,finite-element analysis predicted results and standard short-circuit test.
