从“心胸内关谋”浅论经穴脏腑相关学说

摘要
内关穴与心脏密切相关有着大量的理论与实验依据,但当前大部分研究,如经穴诊断方面研究仍停留在初步认识阶段,缺乏系统性的机制探索。经穴脏腑相关的实质可能是在一定物质结构基础上,经穴状态、脏腑组织功能状态自身调节,动态塑造后的彼此影响。以内关穴与心脏交互作用为切入点,运用高通量的表观遗传技术,研究经穴脏腑相关学说对深入挖掘和阐释经穴脏腑理论的科学内涵具有重要意义。
