糖尿病护理中采用多样性护理方式的价值观察

摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病患者施以多样性护理模式的效果。方法:随机选择收治的100例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其平均分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者施以多样性护理方式,对照组患者进行常规护理。对患者空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2h血糖(PBG)水平进行测定,并对患者护理满意度进行分析。结果:护理3个月后,观察组患者FPG及PBG水平分别为(6.28±1.46)mmol/L、(7.35±1.87)mmol/L,均明显低于对照组,且患者护理满意度评价为96%,明显高于对照组(80%)。结论:对糖尿病患者施以多样性护理方法,对于控制患者血糖、改善患者生活质量具有较好效果,值得在临床推广。
Objective:To the value of diversity nursing mode in patients with diabetes were analyzed.Methods:randomly selected treated 100 patients with diabetes as the research object, 50 patients in observation group and control group respectively,. Observation group is treated with diversity nursing mode, whereas the control group is with routine nursing. On fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and postprandial blood glucose(PBG) 2 h level measurement, and analyze the patient care satisfaction. Results: nursing after 3 months, FPG and PBG level(6.28±1.46) mmol/L,(1.46±1.87) mmol/L of observation group, were significantly lower than those of the control group, nursing and patients satisfaction evaluation reached 96%, significantly higher than the control group(80%).Conclusion: diversified nursing methods is suggested to apply to diabetic patients, which is of great value to the control of blood sugar patients and improvement of patient quality of life, and is worth popularizing in clinical.
