摘要

"一带一路"倡议是人类命运共同体的基石,是实现人类和平共处的经济、政治纽带,蕴含着深厚的历史文化底蕴,同时又是命运共同体伦理精神和价值特质的生发源点。其伦理特质集中蕴含着"兼济天下苍生"的人道主义伦理特质,彰显着"为生民立命"伦理要求,更是形成了"命运相连、休戚与共"命运共同体的全球伦理典范,建构起全新的将利己与利他相结合的全球化伦理模式,是对各国发展和命运的深切思索,是正义与和平实现的时代探赜。
        The "One Belt And One Road" initiative is the cornerstone of the community of Shared future for mankind,and an economic and political bond to achieve peaceful coexistence of mankind. It contains profound historical and cultural heritage, and is also the origin of the ethical spirit and value characteristics of the community of Shared future.Its ethical qualities concentrate contains the whole "noblesse" humanitarian ethic qualities, demonstrated its "people's livelihood" of ethical requirements, but also formed a "fates, solidarity," the fate of the universe model of global ethics,construct a new combined self-interest and altruism mode of global ethics, is the national development and the fate of deep thinking, is the time explordtion of justice and peace.
