某混合铜矿生物浸出铜的试验研究

摘要
研究了采用细菌氧化—硫酸浸出法从某低品位混合铜矿中浸出铜。采用摇瓶浸出、模拟半连续搅拌浸出和柱浸,考察了浸出过程中铁、氮、磷浓度对生物活性的影响。结果表明:摇瓶浸出试验中,矿浆浓度为10%、浸出6d以上条件下,铜浸出率为66.0%以上;铁、氮、磷质量浓度越高,越快被消耗;pH控制在2.0时,铁、氮、磷质量浓度分别降至100、200、5mg/L,菌液仍保持较高活性。模拟半连续浸出试验中,矿浆浓度为10%时,铜浸出率超过75%,最高达85.3%;柱浸试验中,氧化浸出23周,铜浸出率为71.0%;矿石浸出时消耗磷,应适当补加。
        Leaching of copper by bacterial oxidation-sulfuric acid leaching from mixed copper ore has been studied.By flask leaching,agitation leaching and column leaching tests,the influence of iron,nitrogen,phosphorus concentration on biological activity were examined.The results showed that 66.0% copper was leached after 6 days in flask leaching test with a pulp density of 10%.The higher concentration of these nutritional elements,the faster they were consumed.When pH was low 2.0 and iron,nitrogen,phosphorus concentrations reduced to 100,200 and 5 mg/L,the bacteria remained high activity.The highest leaching rate of copper was 85.3% in agitation leaching tests.71.0% copper was leached after 23 weeks in column leaching process at the ore particle size was lower than 15 mm.Phosphorus was comsumed in leaching of ore,so it should be added.
