摘要
目的观察子宫内膜癌组织中Ki-67、Bcl-2、p53蛋白表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法收集术中切除的子宫内膜癌组织60例作为观察组,20例子宫肌瘤、20例单纯性增生、10例复杂性增生患者的子宫正常内膜组织作为对照组。采用免疫组化染色技术检测两组Ki-67、Bcl-2和p53蛋白表达并作比较,分析Ki-67、Bcl-2及p53蛋白表达与子宫内膜癌患者临床病理参数的关系。结果观察组Ki-67、Bcl-2及p53蛋白阳性表达率高于对照组(P均<0.05)。子宫内膜癌组织中Ki-67蛋白阳性表达与患者年龄无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤临床分期、肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关(P均<0.05);Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达与年龄、肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移无关(P均>0.05),与肿瘤临床分期、分化程度有关(P均<0.05);p53蛋白阳性表达与年龄、肌层浸润程度无关(P均>0.05),与肿瘤临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关(P均<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌组织中Ki-67、Bcl-2及p53蛋白均呈高表达,且均与肿瘤临床分期、分化程度有关。
Objective To investigate the expression changes of Ki-67,Bcl-2 and p53 in the endometrial cancer tissues and their clinical significance. Methods Sixty cases of endometrial carcinoma tissues removed from the surgery were collected as the observation group. The endometrial tissues from 20 patients with uterine fibroids,20 patients with simple hyperplasia,and 10 patients with complicated hyperplasia were collected as the control group. The expression of Ki-67,Bcl-2,and p53 was measured and compared by immunohistochemistry staining between two groups. The relationship between the expression of Ki-67,Bcl-2 and p53 and clinicopathological features of patients with endometrial carcinoma was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of ki-67,Bcl-2 and p53 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The expression of Ki-67 in the endometrial carcinoma tissues was positively correlated with clinical stage,myometrial invasion,lymph node metastasis,and degree of differentiation( P < 0. 05),whereas was not correlated with age( P > 0. 05); the expression of Bcl-2 was positively correlated with clinical stage,and differentiation degree( both P < 0. 05),whereas was not correlated with age,muscle layer infiltration,or lymph node metastasis( all P > 0. 05); the expression of p53 in the endometrial carcinoma tissues was positively correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,and degree of differentiation( P < 0. 05),but was not correlated with age or myometrial invasion( both P > 0. 05). Conclusion Ki-67,Bcl-2,and p53 protein are highly expressed in the endometrial carcinoma tissues,which are all related to clinical stage and differentiation degree.
