番木瓜育种研究进展与展望

摘要
番木瓜是一种药食兼用的植物,长期食用可以增强人体免疫力,达到改善体质的目的。因此提高番木瓜的产量、品质和药用价值变得十分重要。育种技术是改善番木瓜相应指标的重要途径。本综述通过介绍番木瓜传统育种、多倍体育种、辐射诱变育种、细胞工程育种、分子标记辅助育种和基因工程育种等育种手段,并根据目前育种学发展的趋势,指明今后番木瓜的育种研究方向。目前分子模块设计育种是今后番木瓜育种研究的一个新的有效途径。因此本综述通过对利用自然变异的抗病性品种、运用现代生物技术等手段筛选和培育出新的番木瓜品种的概述,以期为对番木瓜育种技术发展情况进行了较为全面的总结,并对番木瓜育种发展进行提供理论参考。
        Papaya is a kind of medicinal and edible plant. Long-term consumption can enhance human immunity and achieve the goal of improving physical fitness. Therefore, it is very important to increase the yield, quality and medicinal value of papaya. Breeding technology is an important way to improve the corresponding indicators of papaya. In this review, the methods of traditional breeding, polyploid breeding, radiation mutation breeding, cell engineering breeding, molecular marker assisted breeding and genetic engineering breeding of papaya were introduced, and the future research direction of papaya breeding was pointed out according to the current trend of breeding. At present, molecular module design breeding is a new effective way for papaya breeding in the future.Therefore, this review summarized and developed new papaya varieties by using disease-resistant varieties with natural variation and using modern biotechnology, hoping to provide a comprehensive summary of the development of papaya breeding technology and theoretical reference for papaya breeding development.
