摘要

组织是企业最基本的组成单位,是企业行为的表现,组织结构优化设计是企业目标实现的保证,分析了B企业组织结构存在的问题,从企业发展战略、员工要求、市场需求、竞争对手四个维度论证了组织结构优化设计的必要性,据此对组组织结构进行了优化设计,以期为民营企业转型期进行组织结构优化设计提供经验。
        Organization is the most basic unit of an enterprise and the performance of enterprise behavior.The optimization design of organization structure is the guarantee of the realization of the goal of an enterprise.This paper analyzes the existing problems of B company's organizational structure,and demonstrates the optimization of organizational structure from four dimensions of enterprise development strategy,staff requirement,market demand,competitors and so on.According to the necessity of the plan,we have optimized the organizational structure of the group so as to provide experience for optimizing the organizational structure of the private enterprises in the transformation period.
