基于中医传承辅助系统的糖尿病肝气郁结型组方用药规律分析

摘要

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统软件,分析中国期刊全文数据(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库等,以中医药治疗肝气郁结型糖尿病的组方规律及用药规律。方法:筛选CNKI、万方数据库、维普数据库文献数据库中中医药治疗肝气郁结型糖尿病的文献,并将方剂录入中医传承辅助平台,以建立方剂数据库,采用软件集成的数据进行挖掘方法,对筛选岀的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果:筛选岀治疗肝气郁结型糖尿病的方剂71首,其中涉及中药131味;确定处方中药岀现的频次、常用药对及组合,并演化得到新处方71张。结论:CNKI、万方数据库、维普数据库中收录中医药治疗肝气郁结型糖尿病的中药以柴胡、白芍、茯苓等为主,为中医药临床靶向治疗肝气郁结型糖尿病提供了依据。
        Objective: Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform system software, analyze the Chinese journal full-text data(CNKI), Wanfang database, Weipu database, etc., and the prescription and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for treating liver Qi stagnation type diabetes. Methods: Screen Cnki, Wanfang data The literature of Chinese medicine for treating liver Qi stagnation type diabetes in the database of Weipu database, and the prescriptions were entered into the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine, to establish a database of prescriptions, and to use the software integrated data to mine the method, and to analyze the formula of prescriptions for screening prescriptions. Results: Screening for the treatment of liver Qi stagnation sugar There were 71 prescriptions for the disease, including 131 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines; the frequency, common drug pairs and combinations of prescription Chinese medicines were determined, and 71 new prescriptions were evolved. Conclusion: CNKI, Wanfang database, and Weipu database contain traditional Chinese medicine for treating liver Qi stagnation type diabetes with Bupleurum, Angelica, Poria, etc. The main body provides a basis for the clinical targeted therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for liver Qi stagnation type diabetes.
