摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化硅溶胶,再用γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)对其进行改性,得到KH-570改性的纳米二氧化硅。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、粒径分析、透射电镜(TEM)以及热重分析(TG)等对原料及产物进行表征。结果表明:KH-570能够成功改性纳米二氧化硅,改性后的纳米二氧化硅尺寸主要分布在30~115nm。
        Nano silica sol was prepared by sol-gel method with TEOS as raw material. Then, the modified nano silicon dioxide was obtained by the modification of male-methylallyl propyl trimethoxysilane (KH-570). It was modified to obtain KH-570 modified nano silica. The materials and products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, particle size analysis, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The results show that KH-570 can successfully modify nano-silica. The size of the modified nano-silica is mainly distributed at 30-115 nm.
