摘要
目的:研究载脂蛋白E基因携带及其剂量对脑皮层厚度变化的影响。方法:研究对象包含44个不携带ApoEε4等位基因,32个ApoEε4杂合子和27个ApoEε4纯合子中年受试者。Freesurfer软件将每个对象的左右脑分别分割为35个感兴趣区域并获取皮层厚度。结果:在ApoEε4等位基因携带者和非携带者间,多个脑区存在显著的皮层厚度差异。同时,其中的部分脑区与认知能力和ApoEε4等位基因遗传剂量间存在显著相关。结论:MRI是一个对早期AD病理脑结构重组敏感的检测工具。
        Objective: To examine the relationships among apolipoprotein E(APOE) ε4 carriers, their dose and cortical thickness.Methods: Participants included 44 middle-aged non-carriers, 32 APOE ε4 heterozygotes and 27 APOE ε4. Volumetric T1 MRI scans were processed using Freesurfer software to measure cortical thickness in 35 regions of interest from each hemisphere.Results: There were significant differences in cortical thickness between the APOE ε4 carriers and non carriers in some brain regions. Moreover, part of those regions were associated with memory performance and APOE ε4 dose. Conclusion: MRI may be a sensitive tool for detecting brain structural reorganization in early AD pathology.
