摘要
以基于BIM的工程造价管理为研究对象,从建筑信息真实性、完整性、及时性角度分析阐述我国工程造价管理存在的问题。以建筑信息真实性、完整性、及时性为基础建立基于BIM的工程造价管理水平评价指标体系,确定指标权重及评价标准,并建立两种类型的隶属函数,对工程实例进行模糊综合评价,最终得出评价等级,对促进我国基于BIM的工程造价管理发展有重要的现实意义。
Based on BIM as a research object,we expounded the problems of engineering cost management in China from the perspective of authenticity,integrity and timeliness of building information. Established the evaluation index system of engineering cost management based on BIM on the basis of authenticity,integrity and timeliness of building information,determined index weight and evaluation criteria,and established two types of membership functions. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the engineering example was carried out and we got the evaluation grading. It is of great practical significance to promote the development of engineering cost management based on BIM in China.
