摘要
通过与甘草酸二钾作对比,研究库拉索芦荟凝胶抑制透明质酸酶的效果,以及通过体外培养角质形成细胞,MTT法测定其经过UVB照射后IL-1α、IL-8分泌变化,研究了库拉索芦荟凝胶的晒后修复功效。结果发现,库拉索芦荟凝胶能够有效抑制透明质酸酶作用,也能使角质形成细胞在经过UVB照射后有效减少炎性细胞因子IL-1α、IL-8的分泌。因此,库拉索芦荟凝胶能够有效修复角质形成细胞由于UVB照射造成的损伤,具备晒后修复功效。
        To investigate the after sun repair effects of Aloe Vera gel, by comparing with dipotassium glycyrrhizate, the hyaluronidase inhibition effect of Aloe Vera gel was investigated. The change of the secretion of IL-1α and IL-8 after UVB irradiation was measured by MTT assay through culturing the keratinocyte in vitro. It was found that Aloe Vera gel could effectively inhibit the action of hyaluronidase, and it can also reduce the secretion of in?ammatory cytokine IL-1α and IL-8 from keratinocytes after irradiated by UVB. Therefore, the Aloe Vera gel can effectively repair the damaged keratinocytes caused by UVB irradiation, and it has the after sun repair effects.
