芒硝外敷配合红外线照射治疗妇科手术切口愈合不良24例临床观察

摘要
目的观察芒硝外敷配合红外线照射治疗妇科手术切口愈合不良的临床疗效。方法将48例妇科手术后切口愈合不良患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各24例。对照组采用红外线照射联合常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上配合芒硝外敷治疗。10 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效,患者满意度,红肿消失、体温恢复正常、疼痛消失、伤口愈合及住院时间。结果对照组总有效率为91.7%,治疗组为100.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者总满意占62.5%,治疗组占100.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组红肿消失、体温恢复正常、疼痛消失、伤口愈合及住院时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芒硝外敷配合红外线照射治疗妇科手术切口愈合不良临床疗效显著,能加速手术切口的愈合,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of poor healing of gynecological operative incision treated by external application of Mangxiao(Natrii sulfas) coordinating with infrared radiation.Methods Fortyeight cases of poor healing of gynecological operative incision were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 24 cases in each.The control group was given infrared radiation combined with routine treament,and the treatment group was given coordinating treatment of external application of Mangxiao on the basis of the control group.Ten days constituted a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,degree of treatment satisfaction,the disappearance time of red and swollen,the body temperature returned to normal time,the disappearance time of pain,the healing time of the wound and length of stay of the 2 groups after 1 course of treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 91.7%,that of the treatment group was 100.0%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the total ratio of satisfaction of the control group was 62.5%,that of the treatment group was 100.0%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01);the disappearance time of red and swollen,the body temperature returned to normal time,the disappearance time of pain,the healing time of the wound and length of stay of the treatment group were all shorter than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It has significant clinical efficacy to treat poor healing of gynecological operative incision by external application of Mangxiao coordinating with infrared radiation,and it can also accelerate the healing of operative incision,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
