美澳两国核心价值观教育的比较及启示——基于“国家工程”的视角

摘要
美国和澳大利亚都非常重视核心价值观教育,从"国家工程"层面积极推动核心价值观教育取得了一定的成效:政党及其精英引领国家核心价值观;突出国家课程对价值观教育的推动作用;通过法律法规为核心价值观教育提供保障;国家倡导塑造一致的价值观教育环境等。这些对我国当前社会主义核心价值观教育具有一定启示,要从国家层面出发,教育理念上坚持马克思主义意识形态一元指导下多样态文化繁荣发展,教育内容上突出系统性与先进性,以及建立立体化的核心价值观教育模式。
Both the US and Australia attach great importance to the core value education,promote the core value of education on the perspective of "National Engineering"and have achieved certain effects: their parties and elite members take lead in promoting national core values; they emphasize the positive effects of national courses on value education; they use laws and regulations to provide guarantee for core value education; they advocate consensus in creating environment for core value education. These ideas give some enlightenment to our current socialist core values education. Based on the perspective of "National Engineering",our educational philosophy should insist on the unity of the ideology of Marxism and the coexistence of multiculturalism,emphasize the systematic and advanced nature of the content,and establish a three-dimensional core value education model.
