岩屑床清除器井眼净化研究

摘要
在大位移井、深井、定向井钻井中,产生的岩屑床清除困难,使用常规增大排量、倒划眼等常规的方法很难清除岩屑床。因此利用岩屑床清除器对岩床进行破坏,为了更好的了解岩屑床清除器在井底的工作情况,利用Fluent对岩屑床清除器进行仿真模拟,分别对5.5 A、5.5 B两种型号的清除器进行模拟对比,研究最优的型号,分别对5.5 A型进行不同转速进行模拟,对比出转速对岩屑床清除的影响。从而,确定钻井过程中最优的岩屑床清除方法,从而对现场的操作具有一定指导作用。
        It is difficult to remove cuttings bed in extended reach well,deep well and directional well drilling. It is difficult to remove cuttings bed by conventional methods such as increasing displacement and reverse scratching. Therefore,the cuttings bed cleaner is used to destroy the rock bed. In order to better understand the working condition of the cuttings bed cleaner at the bottom of the well,the cuttings bed cleaner is simulated by Fluent,and the optimal models of 5.5 A and 5.5 B are studied by comparing and simulating the two types of cuttings bed cleaners. Simulation was carried out to compare the effect of rotating speed on the removal of cuttings bed. Therefore,the optimum method of debris bed removal in drilling process is determined,which has a certain guiding role for field operation.
