摘要

工会作为民办高校的群众组织,就要以适应新时期新发展、新要求为工作着力点,以提升民办高校工会组织的凝聚力和号召力为工作重点,以创新发展工作思路,增强工作实效,成就工会组织新作为,助力学校健康发展。
        As a mass organization of private colleges and universities, trade unions should take the adaption of the new development and requirements in the new era as the focus of the work, and take the promotion of the cohesiveness and calling power of trade union organizations in private colleges and universities as the main work. It also need to innovate and develop the work ideas to improve the work efficiency, and achieve new actions of trade union organizations and help school to develop healthily.
