青贮杂交构树替代蛋白饲料对肉羊粪污排放和表观消化率的影响

摘要
为了研究青贮杂交构树替代蛋白饲料对肉羊粪污排放和表观消化率的影响,试验选取健康状况良好、体重相近的萨寒杂交肉羊48只,随机分成4个处理,其中A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,B、C、D组为试验组,分别饲喂添加不同比例的青贮杂交构树日粮,进行为期100 d的饲喂试验。结果表明:与对照组相比,3个试验组对肉羊单位增重粪污排放量以及DM、CP、NDF、ADF、EE和P消化率均无显著影响(P>0.05),但随着青贮杂交构树添加量的增加,单位增重粪污排放量有增加趋势,DM、CP、NDF和EE的消化率有降低趋势。说明青贮杂交构树可以作为肉羊日粮中的蛋白饲料,但适宜添加量有待进一步研究。
        In order to study the effect of silage crossbred broussonetia papyrifera as protein feed replacer on manure discharge and apparent digestibility in mutton sheep,48 sheep crossbred by Suffolk sheep and Small-tail han sheep were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups under good health and similar weight,in thich,group A was the control which fed basal diet,and group B,C and D were the experimental groups that fed the diets added different proportion of silage hybrid broussonetia papyrifera respectively,the experimental period was 100 days. The results showed,compared with control group,in respect of unit body weight fecal discharge and apparent digestibility of DM,CP,NDF as well as EE,the difference was not significant in experimental groups(P>0.05).However,with the increasement of the proportion of silage crossbred broussonetia papyrifera in the diets,the manure discharge per unit body weight gain in creased,while the apparent digestibility of DM,CP,NDF,EE decreased. So,silage crossbred broussonetia papyrifera can be used as protein feed in mutton sheep,but it will be necessary to further research the suitable addition amount.
