摘要
水闸预制梁及闸门的吊装施工中,目前普遍采用架桥机或者起重吊机进行吊装施工。预制梁吊装方案评选时,架桥机通常施工场地要求高,设备台班费偏高对成本控制不利。而合理的选择起重吊机,制定科学有效的施工方案,确保工程质量和安全的前提下可节约成本。该文结合广东省鉴江高岭拦河闸重建工程(一期)中拦河坝闸预制梁的吊装施工,讨论闸墩孔内预制梁吊装技术在水闸重建工程中的应用,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
In the hoisting construction of sluices precast beams and gates,bridge erecting machines or lifting cranes are commonly used for hoisting construction. When the precast beam lifting scheme is selected,the bridge construction machine usually has high requirements for construction site,and the high cost of equipment shift is harmful to cost control. And reasonable selection of crane,the development of scientific and effective construction plan,to ensure that the quality and safety of the premise of the project can save costs. In this paper,the application of prefabricated beam hoisting technology in the hole of the pier in the reconstruction project of the sluice gate is discussed in connection with the construction of the prefabricated beam of the dam sluice in the reconstruction project( Phase I Project) of the Guangdong Jiangling high mountain block.
