摘要
介绍了大锥角圆锥滚子轴承外圈传统锻造加工工艺,针对目前该加工方法辗压辊易折断及料芯大的问题,提出了锻件反挂优化工艺方案,通过工艺试验改变锻件毛坯形状,同时将辗压辊形状由"前端粗根部细"改为"前端细根部粗"并将辗压轮工作面加工一定角度,从而解决了大锥角锻件外圈锻造过程中的难题。
The traditional forging process is introduced for outer rings of tapered roller bearings with large cone angle.Aimed at large core material left and easily breaking of rolling rollers by current processing method,the forgings are hanged inversely. The shape of forging billet is changed by process test,the shape of rolling rollers is changed from"thick front end and thin root"to"thin front end and thick root",and the working surface of rolling wheel is machined in certain angle. These problems are solved during forging of outer rings of the bearings.
