探索资本的运营实现公司跨越式发展

华创天元实业发展有限责任公司(以下简称"公司")自1998年12月成立以来,坚持以钢骨架塑料复合管为主打产品,大力拓展国际、国内两个市场,目前已成为国内钢塑复合结构压力管道生产企业中规模最大、业绩最好的企业。公司"十一五"期间在股东的大力支持下,在公司董事会的正确带领下,在公司经营班子及全体员工的奋力拼搏下,取得快速发展,规模日益扩大。"十二五"期间,公司只有实现跨越式发展才能保持在竞争日趋激烈的市场中领先,探索实施资本运营成为公司实现跨越式发展,迅速实现资产增值和实施集团化战略的必然选择。
CRE Tianyuan Industrial Development Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") since inception in December1998, adheres to take the steel skeleton plastic composite pipe as the flagship product, expands the international and domestic market, has become the largest and best performing companies in the plastic composite structural pressure pipe production enterprises. During the "Eleventh Five-Year" period, company achieved rapid development and the scale has growing in strong support of shareholders, under the correct leadership of the company's board of directors, in the hard work of company's management team and staff. In "Twelve Five" period,only the company achieve great-leap-forward development will stay ahead in an increasingly competitive market. Exploration and implementation of capital operation are the inevitable choice for company to achieve great-leap-forward development and quickly realize the asset value, implement the Group's strategy.
