子痫前期病人血清Gas6和SDF-1水平变化及意义

摘要
目的探讨子痫前期病人血清生长停滞特异基因6(Gas6)和基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF-1)水平变化及临床意义。方法选取子痫前期病人138例,根据病情严重程度分为轻度组(n=61)和重度组(n=77),后者再根据发病时间分为早发型组(n=35)和晚发型组(n=42);同期选取正常妊娠孕妇50例为对照组。检测血清Gas6、SDF-1、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及炎症因子水平。结果子痫前期病人血清Gas6水平低于对照组,而SDF-1水平高于对照组(t=10.813、9.794,P<0.05);重度组病人血清Gas6水平低于轻度组,而SDF-1水平高于轻度组(t=16.978、12.499,P<0.05);重度组病人中,早发型组病人血清Gas6水平高于晚发型组,而SDF-1水平低于晚发型组(t=7.837、4.409,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,轻度组和重度组子痫前期病人血清hs-CRP、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均升高(t=7.967~30.849,P<0.05);与轻度组相比,重度组子痫前期病人血清hs-CRP、IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平均升高(t=23.095~49.475,P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,病人血清Gas6水平与hs-CRP、IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平均呈负相关(r=-0.460~-0.622,P<0.05),SDF-1水平与hs-CRP、IL-1β、IL-6水平均呈正相关(r=0.315~0.505,P<0.05)。结论子痫前期病人血清中Gas6水平降低,而SDF-1水平升高,且与病人病情严重程度有关。
        Objective To investigate the changes in serum levels of growth arrest-specific gene 6(Gas6)and stromal cell-derived factor 1(SDF-1)in patients with preeclampsia and their clinical significance. Methods A total of 138 patients with preeclampsia were selected and divided into mild group(n=61)and severe group(n=77)according to the severity of disease,and the latter was subdivided into early-onset group(n=35)and late-onset group(n=42)according to onset time;50 normal pregnant women from the same period were included as control group.Serum levels of Gas6,SDF-1,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP),and inflammatory factors were measured. Results Patients with preeclampsia had a lower serum level of Gas6 and a higher serum level of SDF-1 than the control group(t=10.813 and 9.794,respectively,both P<0.05);the severe group had a lower serum level of Gas6 and a higher serum level of SDF-1 than the mild group(t=16.978 and 12.499,respectively,both P<0.05);the early-onset group had a higher serum level of Gas6 and a lower serum level of SDF-1 than the late-onset group among patients with severe preeclampsia(t=7.837 and 4.409,respectively,both P<0.05).The mild group and the severe group had increased serum levels of hs-CRP,interleukin 1 beta(IL-1β),interleukin 6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)compared with the control group(t=7.967-30.849,all P<0.05);the same was true for the severe group when compared with the mild group(t=23.095-49.475,all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the patients' serum level of Gas6 was negatively correlated with hs-CRP,IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α(r=-0.460 to-0.622,all P<0.05)and serum level of SDF-1 was positively correlated with hs-CRP,IL-1β,and IL-6(r=0.315 to 0.505,all P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with preeclampsia have an increased serum level of Gas6 and a decreased serum level of SDF-1,which are correlated with the severity of disease.
