摘要

房屋建筑工程中,对于工程成本的管理是极为重要的,因此便有了动态管理控制的理念。房屋建筑工程中会存在诸多方面的因素影响工程的施工,也会影响对于整体工程造价的控制,因此,在房屋建筑工程造价中实施动态管理控制是必要的工序。通过分析动态管理控制的具体内容,以及现阶段在房屋建筑造价中动态管理控制的现状,进一步的提出动态管理的有效实施措施。
        In housing construction engineering,the management of project cost is very important,so there is a concept of dynamic management and control. There are many factors affecting the construction of the project and the control of the whole project cost. Therefore,it is necessary to implement dynamic management control in the construction cost of the building. By analyzing the specific content of dynamic management control and the current situation of dynamic management control in building cost,this paper further puts forward effective implementation measures of dynamic management.
