价值导向的开发型城市设计方法探索

摘要
在新型城镇化阶段,城市发展对城市设计的实施性提出了要求。城市设计需要从传统"蓝图式"空间引导设计转向"整合型"开发操作规划。开发型城市设计着重三个核心要点,实现"需求导向"与"资源整合"匹配的规划发展逻辑,构建"价值导向"与"市场开发"匹配的空间生长方案,最后形成"规划项目"与"开发模式"匹配的开发实施清单。面向开发实施的城市设计是城市设计探索新的发展路径,结合多元化的开发模式,依托市场构建一个自下而上的规划实施路径。
In the new stage of urbanization, the implementation of urban design is required by urban development. Urban design needs to change from traditional "blueprint"space guiding design to"integrated"development and operation planning. Development-oriented urban design focuses on three key points, realizing the planning and development logic of"demand-oriented"and "resource integration", constructing the spatial growth plan of"valueoriented"and"market development", and finally forming the development and implementation list of"planning project" and"development mode". Urban design for development and implementation is a new development path for urban design, which combines diversified development models and builds a bottom-up planning and Implementation Path relying on the market.
