术前访视对四肢骨折患者术后认知障碍的影响

摘要
目的探究术前访视对四肢骨折患者术后认知障碍的影响。方法选取我院于2013-03~2014-03间收治的四肢骨折患者100例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将100例患者分为实验组和对照组,随机数字为奇数者为实验组,偶数者为对照组,每组患者各50例。100例患者均给予常规护理及药物治疗,实验组患者另给予术前访视护理干预,使用简易精神状态检查法(MMSE)和洛文斯顿作业治疗用认知成套测验(LOTCA)进行神经心理测验,确认患者是否出现认知障碍并分析其认知障碍类型。结果术后3d对实验组及对照组患者使用MMSE和LOTCA进行神经心理测验,实验组出现认知障碍者占32.0%,而对照组中出现认知障碍者高达74.0%,此差异具有统计学意义(χ2=17.70,P<0.01)。结论对四肢骨折患者实行术前访视,能有效减少术后出现认知障碍的情况,帮助患者尽快恢复身心健康。
Objective To study the effect of preoperative interview on the limbs cognitive impairment of patients with fracture. Methods 100 patients were selected as the research objects in our hospital from 2013 March to March 2014 were fractures of extremities. According to the random number table method,100 patients were divided into experimental group and control group,the odd random number for the experimental group,even for the control group,50 cases in each group of patients. 100 patients were given routine care and drug therapy,the patients in the experimental group were additionally given preoperative interview nursing intervention,using the mini mental state examination( MMSE) with cognitive test battery and Lo Winston occupational therapy( LOTCA) for neuropsychological test,to confirm whether the patient had developed cognitive impairment and analyze the cognitive impairment type. Results Postoperative 3D in the experimental group and control group patients were involved in MMSE and LOTCA neuropsychological test,the experimental group cognition disorders accounted for 32%,while the control group had developed cognitive impairment reached to 74%,with statistical significance of the difference( χ2= 17. 70,P < 0. 001). Conclusion Implementing preoperative visit on patients with fractures of the limbs could reduce cognitive impairment help the patients to restore health as soon as possible.
