超选择栓塞治疗损伤性肾出血的临床价值

摘要
目的探讨超选择栓塞治疗损伤性肾出血的临床疗效。方法对7例经皮肾镜取石术后肾出血患者,经Seldinger技术穿刺股动脉,行肾动脉造影证实为肾动脉损伤后,使用明胶海绵条进行超选择肾动脉栓塞治疗。结果 7例经肾动脉造影明确诊断为肾动脉假性动脉瘤,栓塞后即刻止血,无并发症发生。随访3-24月,平均9月,无血尿复发患者。结论超选择肾动脉栓塞术能最大程度保留肾脏功能,是一种安全、有效且微创的止血手段。
Objective To access the efficacy and safety of super selective arterial embolization treatment for traumsatic renal hemorrhage.Methods A total of 7 cases of acute injury hemorrhage were demonstrated by renal angiography.By super selective catheterization,all the cases were treated with embolization with gelfaom or gelfaom combined with coil.Results All patients with kidney artery pseudoaneurysm were treated successfully with this method,hemorrhage was stopped immediately and without any complication.Followed up between 3 months and 2 years(a mean of 9 months),no more microscopic or gross hematuria was found.Conclusion Super selective renal arterial embolization is a safe and effective means for treating traumatic renal hemorrhage.
