摘要
为了使CO2激光器高压旋转火花开关稳定地工作和方便维修,提出一种基于IGBT器件的激光器高压脉冲触发电源。该触发电源采用单相220 V交流供电,并加入电磁抗干扰电路,将高压绝缘油散热改为自然冷却方式。触发电源输出峰值电压大于45 kV,峰值功率约为2 kW,频率范围在100~600 Hz连续可调,脉冲宽度可设置在50~200μs之间。测试结果表明,触发电源能稳定地触发高压旋转火花开关工作,并具有体积小、功耗低和便于维修等特点,同时满足电磁强抗干扰的要求,对其他的气体激光器也具有一定的实际参考价值。
        A high-voltage pulse trigger power supply of laser based on the IGBT device is proposed to make the high-voltage rotary spark switch of the CO2 laser work stably and easy to be maintained. The trigger power supply is powered by using the single-phase 220 V alternating current. The electromagnetic anti-interference circuit is added to transform the heat dissipation mode using high-voltage insulating oil to natural cooling mode. The output peak voltage of the trigger power supply is higher than45 kV,the peak power is about 2 kW,the frequency range is 100-600 Hz which is continuously adjustable,and the pulse width is set to 50-200 μs. The test results show that the trigger power supply can trigger the high-voltage rotary sparking switch to work stably,has the advantages of small volume,low power consumption and easy maintenance,can meet the strong electromagnetic anti-interference requirement,and has a certain practical reference value to other gas lasers.
