基于F-AHP法的高校突发事件应急管理能力评价研究

摘要
高校突发事件应急管理能力是高校安全管理的重要内容,针对高校安全管理现状,基于F-AHP法提出突发事件应急管理影响因素,建立评价指标体系,运用层次分析和专家评分法确定指标权重,构建模糊综合评价模型。以安徽某高校为例进行实证研究,得出该校突发事件总体应急管理能力水平,并根据各子指标得分分析,发现薄弱环节,从而为提升高校突发事件应急能力提供定量依据。
The ability of emergency management in colleges and universities is an important content of safety management. Aimed at the status quo of its safety management, the influencing factors of emergency management have been put forward based on the AHP method,evaluation index system set up, the index weight determined by using the analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model has been constructed. Taking a university in Anhui as empirical study, it is concluded that the university general emergency management ability, which is based on the analysis of each index score, finding the weak link, so as to provide quantitative basis for improving the capacity of colleges and universities of emergency.
