护理干预对非酒精性脂肪肝患者生活质量的影响分析

摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对非酒精性脂肪肝患者生活质量的影响。方法:收治非酒精性脂肪肝患者84例,分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组一般健康、生理功能、社会功能、精力、情感职能、精神健康、心理健康等生活质量评分显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:针对非酒精性脂肪肝患者实施护理干预,有利于减轻脂肪肝程度,增强治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD).Methods:84 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the routine nursing.The observation group was given the nursing intervention.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the general quality of life,physiological function,social function,energy,emotional function,spirit health,mental health and other quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver was beneficial to reduce the degree of fatty liver,enhance the effect of treatment and improve the quality of life of the patients.
