摘要
对出光孔直径20cm的大孔径积分球辐射均匀性光源进行了结构改进,设计了对称多光源积分球系统,保证了出射光的均匀性;设计了副积分球调节挡板,控制出射光的功率;验证了优化后的高均匀性积分球光源定标系统的定标精度,结果表明,改进后的积分球出射光非均匀性小于1%。
The structure of the light source with large aperture integrating sphere radiation uniformity of 20 cm is improved, the symmetrical multi-light source integrating sphere system is designed to ensure the uniformity of the output light, the secondary integrating sphere is designed to regulate the baffle to control the power of the emitting light. The calibration accuracy of the optimized high uniformity integrating sphere light source calibration system is verified. The results show that the non-uniformity of the integrated sphere is less than 1%.
