穴位埋线联合补肾活血方治疗宫腔粘连术后29例

摘要
目的探讨穴位埋线联合补肾活血方对轻、中度宫腔粘连患者的临床疗效。方法将57例轻、中度宫腔粘连患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组29例采用穴位埋线+中药口服治疗,对照组28例采用雌孕激素序贯口服治疗,3个治疗周期后,比较2组术后宫腔粘连恢复情况。结果观察组治疗轻、中度宫腔粘连总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组及对照组术后宫腔粘连评分均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且观察组评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合补肾活血方能够有效防治轻、中度宫腔粘连术后再粘连。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of catgut embedding therapy combined with tonifying kidney and activating blood medicine on mild and moderate intrauterine adhesions.Methods Totally 57 cases of patients with mild and moderate intrauterine adhesion were randomly divided into combination of acupuncture and medicine group and Western medicine control group.29 cases in the observation group used acupoint catgut embedding and traditional Chinese medicine.28 cases in the Western medicine control group used estrogen-progesterone sequential therapy.After treated for 3 menstrual cycles,the postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the combination of acupuncture and medicine group was higher than that of the Western medicine control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).The intrauterine adhesion score of two groups were lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).The rate of combination of acupuncture and medicine group's intrauterine adhesion score were better than Western medicine group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and activating blood can effectively treat mild and moderate intrauterine adhesions.
