摘要
为了充分利用绞股蓝种子资源,分析了绞股蓝种子活性成分,利用硅胶柱层析和半制备高效液相色谱技术得到一种三萜皂苷,并通过氢谱碳谱及二维核磁,高分辨质谱,红外光谱鉴定其结构,其结构为25-O-acetyl-cucurbitacin L 2-O-[α-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)][α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→3)]-β-glucopyranoside。通过对脂多糖诱导的小鼠巨噬细胞RAW 264症模型测试新化合物抑制炎症因子的能力,发现其具有一定的抗炎活性。
For the sake of the seed resources of Gynostemma pentaphyllum,We analyzed the active ingredients of gynostemma seeds,and the triterpenoid saponin was separated by silica gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography technology.The structure was identified by 1 H,13 C NMR,high resolution mass spectrum,infrared spectrum.The result indicated that this compound is a new compound that has not been reported,it's structure was dentified as 25-O-acetyl-cucurbitacin L 2-O-[α-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)][α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→3)]-β-glucopyranoside.The new compound showed that the inhibitory activities on the expression of TNF-α mRNAs in the lipopolysaccharide-induced RAW 264 mouse macrophage cells model.
