摘要
目的:分析非内脏脂肪升高的中老年人中,内脏脂肪与认知功能的关系。方法:共纳入符合标准研究对象110例,采集一般资料及完成血脂、血糖等检验和内脏脂肪面积、皮下脂肪面积、整体认知功能检查。采用多元回归分析的方法分析内脏脂肪面积与认知功能的关系。结果:调整年龄、性别、教育程度,内脏脂肪面积与MMSE总分呈正向关系,分层分析显示,内脏脂肪面积中、高分位组比低分位组的MMSE高约3分,中、高分位组的β(95%CI)P分别为2.80(0.59, 5.01)0.015和2.79(0.55,5.04)0.017;皮下脂肪面积与MMSE总分呈正向关系;分层分析显示,皮下脂肪面积高分位组比低分位组的MMSE高约3.5分,高分位的?(95%CI)P为3.48(1.31,5.65)0.002。结论:对于非内脏脂肪升高的中老年人,内脏脂肪和皮下脂肪对其认知功能可能存在保护作用。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between visceral fat area(VFA) and cognitive function in the non high visceral elderly. Methods A total of 110 participants were enrolled in the study. Collected the demographic characteristic data, blood lipids, blood glucose and global cognitive function tests.The relationship between VFA and cognitive function were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Results After adjusted for age, sex and education, VFA were positive associated with global cognitive function,stratified analysis suggests that, for the middle and high level VFA, about 3 points higher than the low level in MMSE, the β(95%CI) P respectively was 2.80(0.59, 5.01) 0.015 and 2.79(0.55, 5.04) 0.017; Subcutaneous fat area was positive associated with global cognitive function,too, stratified analysis showed that, for the high level subcutaneous fat area, 3.5 points higher than low level in MMSE,the β(95% CI) P was 3.48(1.31, 5.65) 0.002; Conclusion In the non high visceral elderly, visceral fat and subcutaneous fat possible has a protective effect for the cognitive function.
