痰中端粒酶催化基团mRNA表达与肺癌发生及进展的相关性

摘要
目的探讨痰中端粒酶催化基团mRNA表达与肺癌发生及进展的相关性。方法将首诊确诊肺癌患者75例纳入研究,并对患者进行为期1年的随访;研究同时选取同期可比的普通肺炎患者100例纳入研究作为对照组。收集受试对象痰液,分析痰中端粒酶及其催化基团mRNA表达与肺癌发生及进展的相关性。采用SPSS17. 0统计软件包分析处理数据。结果肺癌患者的痰中端粒酶及其催化基团mRNA表达均高于健康对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),与病情控制良好或好转患者比较,病情恶化或进展的患者以及出现死亡的患者痰中端粒酶及其催化基团mRNA表达阳性率均更高,差别均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论肺癌病理背景下可见痰中端粒酶及其催化基团mRNA表达增高。痰中的端粒酶及其催化基团mRNA阳性检出具有提示肺癌的肿瘤标志价值,痰中的端粒酶及其催化基团mRNA高阳性率还同时提示病情恶化及不良的预后。
        Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of telomerase catalytic group mRNA in the sputum and the occurrence and progression of lung cancer. Methods 75 patients with lung cancer diagnosed for the first time were enrolled in the study,and the patients were followed up for one year. The study also selected 100 patients with comparable common pneumonia in the same period as the control group. The sputum from the study? subjects was collected to analyze the correlation between the expression levels of telomerase and its catalytic group mRNA in the sputum and the occurrence and progression of lung cancer. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 17. 0 statistical software package. Results The expression levels of telomerase and its catalytic group mRNA in the sputum of lung cancer patients were higher than those in healthy controls,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The positive expression of telomerase and its catalytic group mRNA in the sputum of patients with different disease status were compared,and the results showed that the positive expression rate of telomerase and its catalytic group in the sputum of patients with deterioration or progression of illness and those with death were higher than those with good control or improvement of illness,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The expression levels of telomerase and its catalytic group mRNA in the sputum are increased under the pathological background of lung cancer.The positive detection of telomerase and its catalytic group mRNA in the sputum has the value of tumor markers,which suggesting lung cancer. The high positive rate of telomerase and its catalytic group mRNA in the sputum also indicates the deterioration of the disease and poor prognosis.
