高校财务管理信息化创新模式初探

摘要
随着我国高等院校的快速扩张、资源的不断整合、跨地区跨行业的校企合作不断增加,资金来源渠道、形式呈现出多样化、复杂化、国际化的特点,加之教学资源的整合一些成人、高职院校与普通高等院校合并或普通高校自身办学规模扩大进行的校区扩建形成的多点办公的现象普遍,仅仅依靠过去传统的财务报账管理手段,已不能满足新形势下财务管理的需要。信息技术具有的数字化、智能化、网络化等高效数据处理特征,在各行业管理工作的运用结合过程中发挥着不可替代的作用,对促使现代化发展水平不断提高起着关键作用。用现代的大数据信息处理手段对高校财务进行管理,有效的提高日常财务工作效率,让财务管理人员从繁琐的日常记账、算账、报账中解脱出来,从而更好的发挥他们参与学校管理的主动性、积极性与创新性,成为提升高校财务管理水平的必然趋势。
With the rapid expansion of education institutions; the continuous integration of resources; the increasing cooperation between schools and enterprises across regions and industries; the diversification, complexity and internationalization of the channels and forms of capital sources; the integration of teaching resources; the adjustment and merger of between some college of professional studies and regular colleges and universities; the expansion of the college and universities' own teaching scale and the widespread of the expansion of the campus forming multiple working locations, relying on the traditional means of financial accounting management can not meet the needs of financial management under the new situation. The characteristics of high efficient date processing, such as digital intelligent and networked information technology, plays an irreplaceable role in the application of management and plays a key role in promoting the continuous improvement of the level of modernization. Using large date information processing method to manage college finance can highly improve the efficiency of daily financial work. It also helps the financial personnel release from the tedious daily accounts, therefore they can pay more attention on initiative, enthusiasm and innovation of school management, which will be the trend of improving the financial management of colleges and universities.
