摘要
针对微细粒级弱磁性矿物分选中主要采用的闭合磁系电磁强磁选机存在的高能耗问题,研制了一种开放磁系圆筒型湿式强磁选机,其分选筒表面峰值磁场强达到1.030 T,强磁力捕收线分布密度达到125 m/m~2。通过对钛铁矿的磁选试验研究,证明了采用开放磁系结构有效分选微细粒级弱磁性矿物的可行性,为微细粒弱磁性矿石与非磁性脉石高效、低成本磁分离提供了一种新装备。
In view of large power consumption of high-intensity electromagnetic separator with closed magnetic system mainly applied to separation of microfine weakly-magnetic minerals, a kind of wet drum high-intensity permanent magnetic separator with open magnetic system was developed. The peak magnetic induction intensity on the drum surface reached 1.030 T, and the distribution density of high-intensity magnetic capture lines reached 125 m/m~2. After the test study on magnetic separation of ilmenite, the separator with open magnetic system proved feasible for effective separation of microfine weakly-magnetic minerals. It has become new-type equipment for efficient and low-cost magnetic separation of microfine weakly-magnetic minerals and nonmagnetic gangue.
