摘要
考察并确定了异戊二烯橡胶(IR)产品的物理化学性能(挥发分的质量分数,门尼粘度,硫化特性,300%定伸应力,拉伸强度,扯断伸长率)的测试及评价方法;ISO 2303∶2011规定的标准试验配方和混炼方法均适用于评价IR;确定了参考使用ASTM D 3403-2007规定的无转子硫化仪评价IR硫化特性的精密度及评价IR硫化胶应力-应变性能的精密度。
The test and evaluation methods of the physical and chemical properties(volatile,Mooney viscosity,vulcanization characteristics,300% tensile stress,tensile strength,elongation at break) for IR were studied and determined. The standard test formulation and mixing procedures specified by ISO 2303∶2011 are applicable to the evaluation of IR. The precision of vulcanization characteristics evaluated by the rotorless curemeter and the precision of evaluation of tensile stress-strain properties of vulcanized test mixes were determined,which refer to ASTM D 3403-2007.
