模糊正交法在弧形盘式齿破岩性能评价中的应用

摘要
在硬地层钻进过程中,盘式齿的齿形参数是提高钻头破岩效率的关键。文中以弧形盘式齿为例,应用正交试验对多组齿形参数进行优选,基于ABAQUS软件对优选后的参数组进行仿真分析,并应用模糊数学理论分析仿真结果。其中,以平均切深、破碎体积及平均载荷作为评价指标,最大隶属度原则为评判标准,得出影响破岩性能的主效应因子及多种因素之间的交互效应。结果表明:齿形参数对盘式齿破岩效率的影响程度,从大到小依次为顶圆半径、锥角及分屑槽数量;考虑两两交互效应,顶圆半径和锥角的联合影响对破岩性能的影响较大;考虑全因素之间的交互效应,当锥角为40°、顶圆半径为1 mm、分屑槽为10个时,破岩性能最佳。计算结果为盘式齿的设计应用以及提高钻头破岩效率提供了参考依据。
        In hard formation drilling, the tooth shape parameters of disc teeth can significantly improve the efficiency of drilling rock fragmentation. Taking arc disc teeth as an example, orthogonal test is used to optimize the tooth shape parameters of multiple groups of teeth. The simulation analysis of optimal parameter group is based on ABAQUS software, and the fuzzy mathematics theory is used for further analysis of simulation results. Taking the average depth of cutting, crushing volume and average load as evaluation indexes, and using the criterion of maximum membership degree as the criterion of evaluation, the main effect factors which affect the rock breaking performance and the interaction effect among various factors are obtained. Results shows that: the descend order of the influence of tooth shape parameters of disc type teeth on the rock breaking efficiency is the radius of the top circle, the cone angle, and the number of chip-split grooves; considering the interaction effect of the two pairs, the combination of the radius of the top circle and the cone angle has the greatest impact on rock breaking performance; the best rock breaking performance parameters are cone angle 40°, top circle radius 1 mm, number of chip slots 10. The conclusion provides the reference basis for reasonable design disc of tooth and improving the efficiency of drilling rock.
