水库自动测报系统对流域水文站洪水还原的作用分析

摘要
目前,我国已建立比较齐全的水文监测站网体系,为满足社会需求,多数河流上已建有水利工程,这些工程的建设对水文测站观测成果具有一定影响,水文站测报成果还原过程复杂。以贵州省余庆水文(三)站与流域内的团结水库为例,采用水文自动测报系统观测数据对水文站洪水进行还原分析。结果表明:经还原的团结水库对余庆(三)水文站的影响比例为6.8%~17.5%,与原有的分析成果相差不大。由于采用团结水库详实水位记录资料还原的洪水对洪水过程更加详细,更能体现各场洪水的来水过程,且与原有成果相差不大,故认为本次分析的成果合理。
        At present, in China, it has established a relatively complete hydrological monitoring station network system. In order to meet the needs of the society, most rivers have built water conservancy projects. The construction of these projects has certain influence on the hydrological station observation results, and the hydrological station measurement and report results are complicated. Taking the Yuqing hydrology(3) station in Guizhou Province and the Tuanjie Reservoir in the basin as an example, the hydrological automatic forecasting system observation data is used to reduce the flood of the hydrological station. The results show that the ratio of the restored united reservoir to the Yuqing(3) hydrological station is 6.8 %to 17.5%, which is not much different from the original analysis. The floods reduced by the detailed water level records of the Tuanjie Reservoir are more detailed, which can better reflect the incoming water process of each flood, and the difference is not much different from the original results. Therefore, the results of this analysis are reasonable.
