PDC切削齿后倾角与破岩关系的数值模拟

摘要
PDC钻头在煤炭行业中应用广泛,但在煤层顶、底板硬岩穿层钻进中出现了效率低的状况。基于这一问题,以切削齿为单位对钻头破岩作用机制进行研究,在有限差分软件FLAC~(3D)中建立切削齿与岩石相互作用仿真模型。通过改变切削齿空间参数,模拟不同后倾角对切削齿破岩效果的影响。研究结果表明,切削齿的后倾角为15°时,切削齿对岩石产生应力及位移最大,破岩效果最为明显。
        PDC bits are widely used in the coal industry, but low efficiency has appeared in the drilling of coal seam roof and floor hard rock. Based on this problem, the rock breaking mechanism of the drill bit is studied in terms of cutter, and a simulation model of interaction between the cutter and rock is established in the finite difference software FLAC~(3D) . By changing the spatial parameters of cutters, the effect of different back rake angles on the rock breaking effect of the cutter was simulated. The results of the study showed that when the cutter had a back-inclination angle of 15, cutters has the greatest stress and displacement on the rock, and cutters had the most obvious effect of rock fragmentation.
