摘要

印度尼西亚是我国在东南亚地区重要的矿业投资目标国。本文在收集新资料的基础上,简要阐述了印度尼西亚的矿业投资环境,包括矿产资源与矿业发展现状、主要矿业法与矿业管理的基本框架、主要矿业管理政策、矿业投资的有利与不利因素等内容。在此基础上,对印度尼西亚的矿业投资环境进行了初步评估,认为现阶段印度尼西亚的矿业投资环境处在"一般"和"良好"等级之间,向良好等级发展。
        Indonesia is an important destination for China's overseas mining investment in Southeastern countries.On the basis of new information and data collection, the author in this paper discusses brie?y the issues of the mining investment environment of Indonesia, including major mineral resources and the current situation of mining industry,dominant mining law and the basic framework of mining management, main policies for mining management, favorable and adverse factors for mining investment etc. Based on that, the author makes a preliminary assessment on indonesian investment environment of mining industry and thinks that,at the present time, the class of mining investment climate in Indonesia is between "GOOD" and "COMMON".
