摘要

秘鲁是矿业大国,也是我国在拉美地区的最大矿业投资目标国。本文简要介绍了秘鲁近年来矿业发展和管理的基本现状,包括主要矿产资源储量、主要矿产品产量、主要矿业管理机构、主要矿业法律、矿业管理基本特点以及主要矿业管理政策等。在此基础上,探讨了秘鲁矿业发展的走势问题,认为:未来一个时期,秘鲁矿业发展走势仍较为良好。最后,简要分析评估了秘鲁的矿业投资环境,认为秘鲁的矿业投资环境应属"良"等级。
        Peru is a major mining country in the world. This paper brie?y introduces the basic situations of mining development and management in Peru,including main mineral reserves, major mineral products' s outputs, leading agency for mining management, principal mining laws,fundamental features for mining management as well as main mining management policies etc. Based on that, the author in this paper probes into the trend of mining deveplopment in Peru and thinks that, for a period of coming years, the momentum of mining development in Peru is still good. Finally,the author analyses the issues of mining investment climate in Peru, and thinks the rank for Peruvian mining investment environment should be classi?ed as "GOOD".
