摘要
通过实验室正交试验,确定4140材料的基础调质工艺为:860℃保温、8.5%浓度淬火液淬火、600℃回火;通过对比试验,证明高压石油管原材料球化退火后再调质的组织、力学性能与直接调质无差异。通过现场批量生产工艺调整,完成高压石油管热处理工艺评定:860℃保温,16%淬火液淬火,600℃回火,批量生产的高压石油管道抗拉强度大于860 MPpa、延伸率大于15%、冲击功大于60 J(-29℃),各项性能和组织符合高压石油管技术标准。
        The basic quenching and tempering technology as heating and holding at 860 ℃, quenching in 8.5% quenching liquid and tempering at 600 ℃ for 4140 material was determined by the orthogonal test in laboratory. It was proved by comparative tests that there was no difference in microstructure and mechanical properties between spheroidized annealing and direct quenching for raw materials of high pressure oil pipe. Adjusting on-site batch production process, the heat treatment process of high pressure oil pipe was evaluated as heating and holding at 860 ℃, quenching in 16% quenching liquid and tempering at 600 ℃. The properties and microstructure of high pressure oil pipe produced in batch all meet the technical standard of high-pressure oil pipe, the tensile strength is above 860 MPa, the extensibility is above 15%, and the impact energy is above 60 J(-29 ℃).
