摘要

随着我国经济的快速提升,石油工业生产也取得了长足的进步,其对国民经济起到了极为重要的推动作用。在石油企业的发展过程中,油田地面建设工作的重要性不言而喻,其中的施工项目管理工作,更是油田管理工作的核心性内容。为了强化相关工作人员的认识,通过对施工项目管理的举措展开深入化的探究,希望能够起到一些积极的参考作用。
        With the rapid upgrading of China's economy,the production of petroleum industry has made considerable progress,which has played a very important role in promoting the national economy.In the course of the development of oil enterprises,the importance of the ground construction work is self-evident,and the construction project management is the core content of the oil field management.In order to strengthen the understanding of the relevant staff,this article through the construction project management measures to carry out in-depth exploration,hoping to play a positive role of reference.
