摘要
暂堵压裂可提高压裂裂缝复杂程度。传统油溶型、刚性暂堵剂暂堵效果差、溶解差。捷贝通公司专利产品G-120型暂堵剂具有承压高、完全溶解、封堵性好的特点。对产品性能进行详细评价,对暂堵剂类型、粒径组合、加入浓度、暂堵剂加入时机进行优化。通过优化暂堵剂,提升缝内净压力,增大改造体积。通过优选暂堵剂解决水平应力差大难以造复杂裂缝以及套变井无法充分改造的难题。
        Temporary plugging fracturing can improve the complexity of fracturing. Compared with traditional oil soluble and rigid temporary plugging agents,G-120 temporary plugging agent has high pressure bearing,complete dissolution and good plugging performance. The performance of the product was evaluated in detail. Type of the temporary plugging agent,combination of particle size,addition concentration and timing of the temporary plugging agent were optimized. Temporary plugging agent in shale gas hydraulic fracturing was optimized,the net pressure was increased clearly,and the volume of hydraulic fracturing was increased obviously. By optimizing temporary plugging agents,the problems of high horizontal stress difference making complex cracks difficulty and subsection tools which can't be used for the casing change well were solved.
